Upgrading a Supercharger to a Stock P-X Charger

If I upgrade to the newer, larger P-X supercharger - what other modifications to my 04 RXP would be required (injectors, etc.)?

IIRC, if you still have the sock IC and add the X charger, you are good to go. If you go external IC plus X charger, then you will need injectors and RRFPR... Ron

That is exactly the news I wanted. I am sticking with the stock intercooler for now. I was mostly wondering about the injectors and getting lean. Does this mean that the stock IC becomes the point of restriction with the larger charger? So I am assuming minimal gains....

Wonder if it would be better to stick with a stock housing???? I guess from a future upgrade standpoint it would still be the way to go!

Are you running any type of air intake mods If so... I would not run the X charger without a RRFPR! You will feel a major difference with the X charger

I have a Riva Stage 1 kit, with the 3" Riva Intake. Nothing else.

BTW - Someone help educate a supercharger newbie. This charger I am looking at is a charger off of the a new model RXP-X. Riva makes an X-Charger. They are different right???

I just get a little dizzy with references to X charger generically. Your advice bigdaddy is for the RXP-X chargers, right?

Well I thought I read you needed to upgrade the injectors. I was thinking about doing this. What gains should I get?

I plan on running this setup. With the stock inter-cooler and running the X-charger requires 42 pound injectors. From the reading I have done, you should be around 75.5 mph.

Jerry says a RRFPR is still needed. Hmm.
