    fzs bucking

hey guys i think this is one of my first posts just thought i would let you know the risk of getting bucked at speed is a liitle slower for me than any of the readings on here so far and i was unsure of where to post it
    67.1 mph

i am riding a new fzs in the up and coming bridge to bridge so this is the mods to date

    air filter
    12/22 skat
extra water line in to the intercooler
arestor taken out of the inlet
i removed the large shims from the ride plate and place a 2mm shim ander the front edge of the plate

on sunday it ran 69.1 with the owner of the shop on it i did the ride plate mod and removed the reverse bucket as we thought it was fowling at full trim i then took it out smooth water and no pre warning it was like i went over a small roller and the ass came up and the ski went left and i kept going no injuries but i can imagine how things could go wrong i think it is a rideplate issue i tryed a couple more times and it wanted to steer either way so if you are out with a mate becarefull your mate knows this can happen so you dont colide with him or he runs over you
when i got back on the ski the gps was max speed 67.1 so dont think that its only going to happen at larger speeds when you are changing stuff i did

Considering the issues we're seeing here so far, might i make a recommendation? If i owned an FZR.....I would not be trimming that hull up higher any more than necessary.......keep it at neutral trim or maybe 1-up? Full trim up is lifting that hull alot....which in turn is opening up the pump-tunnel 'window' even more.....causing even more water to have to be processed thru there and greatly increasing your chance of an overstuff. Just my .02

Has there been a reported case of overstuff on a SHO yet?

No. The only reason the FZ is stuffing is due to the over sized pump inlet opening. SHO has a normal sized opening.

Yes, I have been with Jim's modded plate. I've had to shim that puppy down. I am going to be installing pressure relief valves as soon as they come in to see if that helps.
