is this the right ECU ?/input on mods

I have an 05 GTX LTD , it had some work done to it before I picked it up including a new ECU , last summer it wouldn't go over 7400 RPMs the markings on the ECU that they put on are
    ROTAX 664947
    0000

    BARCODE

    SIEMENS VDO 664961
    MSE 3.7R/A1 5WP22450
    FD 19 08 07 0212
    K04 H03 S04
I need to know if this is the right ECU and IF it is why else wouldn't it RPM any higher (had the wife email me this )
    its all stock
I plan on doing a few things when I get home on leave Jerry said use the R&D grate (mostly rough water ) I am also thinking about a prop and sponsons so I'm looking for recommendations
other planed mods are less restrictive air intake and down the road upgrading the SC , I need to keep it as reliable as possible .
yes I have been doing some searches but I am currently on the Iranian border and its taking 2 to 4 min for every page to load and I would like to buy things before I get back to the states
    thanks for your help

Take the hose off of the back of your SC and see if you can spin the supercharger wheel blades. If it does spin, say so and we can go from there.......

It sounds like you have a boost leak somewhere. Probably between the supercharger and intake or intercooler if you're running an external one. Just check all the hoses when you get a chance. Keep your head down over there and stay safe.

wolfe... you can probably rule out the ECU, that is the correct one.

PM when you get back... we can work on it from there.

    Until then... check six,

    Jeff
