    Help me with my next mod!

    My sigfile has all of the parts I currently have for my ski (some aren't on yet but I have all of those...) What should I get next?? What will give me the best bang for the buck? I don't want to start using premium fuel yet... "plus" would probably be ok though... l

    Thats actually one of the mods that isn't on yet... why should I ditch the Free Flow?? I know you might lose a few RPM's up top but isn't it worth it for the bottom and mid range improvement?

    I recommend a tiny tach. I heard they are a big deal lately. Know where I can get one?

    Love that jab Canadaxp. Are you a boxer? LOL Hey Yellow try an 05 pump and Dynafly. Should be good for about 1 mph and great hookup.

    free flow on a stock motor is a waste of $ (IMO)

    it is noisy

    it lowers peak HP

    O5 pump would be a good addition, plan to lower the Dynafly pitch a bit for a stock motor a 14/20 is a lot of impeller

    I don't really want to spend that much on a pump right now... and am not to excited about changing out the impeller since I just got it last year... it was the pitch that Carl recommended without doing a custom pitch job!

    I was thinking more along the lines of aftermarket heads, flame arrestors, rejetting, CDI, etc....

    I would take your first mod, put it on, and test it. Then do the next one, and continue with that. Otherwise you are going to have no clue what is working and what isn't.

    A big box of parts sure does look great, but will be no fun trying to decide which one isn't doing the trick.

    PhilipGPR has a step by step on what to do. It seems to work for him.

    I don't really want to spend that much on a pump right now

    pump and impeller will cost $450

    aftermarket heads - $300

    flame arrestors and carb rejetting - $400 (must do both at thesame time)

    CDI - $400 to $500

    the impeller you have can be easily sold to recoup some of te cost
