I've been doing some research and have come up with a little info. I have a contact i've been speaking with and he knows his stuff and is the cheapest I have found so far.

I am going to start with the R&D Aquavein intake grate and also a Solas Concord 14/18 impeller. Any input? Anyone?

I would just order a Riva 1200 grate from the online store. Good holeshot and good all around riding...

The best grate for a 800 is the stock grate. There is no need to change the grate unless you are going over 70 MPH. The stock grate has been proven 1+ MPH faster then any other grate.
The only reasons to change that grate is:
1 You are going faster than 70mph
2 You are running close coarse racing, Then you use the single bar grate,
    3. You want to go slower on top end.

call IMpros On that impeller. a 14 leading edge is BIG for a 800. I would surely call dave at impros first.
