    EFI controler gone BAD??

ski has been having a large bog, after idling for awile. once I get it cleaned out it runs good, not great though. I went to adjust my EFI, and noticed no lights blinking.

If the EFI goes bad, will it default to MAX FUEL??

    James.

it should default back in stock form if it goes out.

Check your ground wire. WFO has had some similar issues like this - he should be chiming in shortly.

took off the ground wire and redone it, no Dice. I'm calling up R&D now, hopefully they will replace it. Once It gets the low end bog out of it, it runs good, But the plugs are way to black

    no blinky Lights

Bummer. Did you see my post on the cheesy connectors? I am sure you checked that too.

it would be nice if it fails to max fule... The reality is there's no way of knowing! Depending on the type of failure you could be looking at a very lean condition. It all depends...

IF R&D wont take care of you shoot me a PM. I would be interested in picking up the bad EFI from you. I can give you the details of why when/if we talk.
