Fuel Pumps and such nonsense
Can someone explain the various fuel pumps and lines RD has available (for the SHO) along with when one would be used over another?

The stock fuel system is returnless right?

FZR Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit- includes everything you need to Block off the internal regulator (40psi) and have an adjustable external... really nice kit makes getting your fuel "targets" easier and definitely needed for 300+hp
FZR In-Tank Fuel Pressure Regulator Block Off Kit- comes with the above kit but if you want to use your own regulator, you will still need this
R&D #4 & #6 Fuel Return Line Kit- again comes with the reg kit, but when you get rid of the internal regulator...you have to return the fuel to the tank somehow...
R&D Inline Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapter- neat little tool for a temporary fuel pressure check. for a permanent mount you can hook the guage to their regulator
R&D FZR 255 LPH High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit- the stock pump is pretty good but for high horsepower comes high fuel demands...eventually the stock pump is not enough.
just as a side note...all of the above parts are REALLY nice, top quality an fittings and hoses.
I personally use the fuel pressure reg kit...

Won't switching to a return style fuel system make the stock fuel pump work much harder?
