    sticker removal

    i took some stickers off my sho and this glue stuff is left behind and i cant get it off at all tried several things , tuff stuff all help would be
    much appreciated. thanks , also what about pad remove for your feet?

    75% isopropyl alcohol + 25% water. wipe with a cloth. works for me

    Goof off or Safety-Flo has works for me for years now. Eve n on my Porsches Safety-Flo has been well .. Safe...

    Not sure about removing the 'pads'...

    removal

    thanks, what about the pads for your feet, i want to put new ones on?

    If you use any of those products mentioned I would re-wax the craft in the areas due to the wax being removed by the products. Remember it is base and clear coat instead of gel coat.

    Also acetone and a razor blade will work but messy for the glue in the foot beds.

    I've always had very good results with 3M adhesive remover and a microfiber towel. Safe for all painted surfaces.

    I peeled my stickers and graphics off with a heat gun, it was a piece of cake no residue left. The footwell mats is another story, they were a bit of a pain.

    i came in here to post this! heat gun will get the stickers off with no mess

    but i have never done the turf

    I took the graphics off my GPR without leaving any adhesive behind using a heat gun. The best stuff I've found for removing adhesive is Rapid Remover. I bought it from Exotic Signs...it's what they use. For really nasty adhesive(like on hydroturf) I used the gel Goo Gone. It's not as strong as rapid remover, but it doesn't evaporate so it can be left on overnight. I used this method for getting off the rub rail adhesive & a few really tough spots from the turf, & it came off like butter in the morning.
