    Question ODI Grips..

ODI grips on the P-X.... I have the shorter ones that are just slightly longer than the OEM bars. They clamp nicely on the switch end of the bars but hang over too much to clamp at all on the end of the bars.

I really torqued on them with some gloves on and they don't seem to be budging at all.

I've seen ODI's on others X skis... do they make a certain grip just for the P-X?? Or are the people who have them doing just what I did?

HeHE... the X boat comes with a similar UMI setup so I wasn't going to swap it out. I sold my UMI setup.

Several sets is what i have as well..... I chose the best fit of the bunch..

I guess its a rider preference, but I think the UMI is a more responsive and tighter feel. I have ridden many x boats fron the dealership and they just seem to have a little more flex, but for a factory set up I probally would spend the money to change it over to UMI unless I was going to seriously race it on a regular basis.
It definitely is more comfortable riding position.

Are you running OEM x bars.......Just move the Throttle down to accomadate the grips....the OEM x bars have a groove taken out the end as well..I tryed fitting After market grips to the OEM bars and it was no good...So I got new bars....The stock bars look Gay anyway....

Not following you.... I would have to move something on both sides...

good advice on new bars though... I've only got a few laying around in the garage...

I kind of like the bars. .
