I don't know of a place where all the incremental Genesis model changes are neatly listed.

Are you asking about both carb'ed and fuel injected Genesis?
All told there were 10 Genesis models 1999-2004 (six Ficht years, four carb'ed years)

This web page links to a model history spreadsheet and other model info.

There is the Polaris Industries parts cross reference, where you can track specific parts to see what years they were used on.

What kind of info are you looking for?

    Interesting
I was not aware that the Genesis hull changed in any way from year to year.

Service manual specs say Genesis all years are FRC hull and deck, with the same overall hull dimensions.
But the dry weight numbers do vary from year to year

Could there really be a 100lb difference between 1999 and 2001?

    1999 Genesis and Genesis i
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 650lbs

    2000 Genesis and Genesis i
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 625lbs

    2001 Genesis
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 740lbs

    2001 Genesis i
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 760lbs

    2002 Genesis
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 725lbs

    2002 Genesis i
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 735lbs

    2003 Genesis i
    131.1" long, 49.3" tall, 40.4" wide
    Dry weight 735lbs

I do recall there were some differences in the 1999 Genesis electrical system, with different LR module part numbers.

1999 was the very first year for the Ficht fuel injection system in the 1999 Genesis FICHT. I think there were some updates and service bulletins for the 1999 Genesis.
