First vids from my Go Pro....

Hey guys, I'm terrible at editing, and am still trying to find the best mounting place, but here's a couple vids from yesterday. My buddy and I were playing around hitting some boat wakes all day. First ride of the season so I was taking it easy, but I really like this camera. He's buying one, so next time maybe I'll have some actual vids of me jumping instead of the on board.

Man, the jump at 1:30 is frigging awesome.... So is the very first jump (both from the first vid)... Pilo, I don't know about Maryland, but it is not illegal in NC. You have to be at least 150 feet from the rear of the boat before you do it, though... We have TONS of those fishing charter boats here. You could spend all day doing this.

Smile Be carefull my Go Pro fell off

    Hey Waveblaster,
Nice vids, I have a waveblaster 2 here in Australia, I also have 2 of them Go Pro cameras one for the front one for the rear. First time I used it it was mounted on my helmet (motorbike) and used it on the Ski went well but when you look around it makes it hard to watch. So I mounted it to the ski like you have, About the 3rd big wave the mount cracked and the camera went in the ocean lost forever. Now I have put a wire fishing trace around it and fix it to the ski. Hasnt happened again but I dont jump as high when its on either.

No idea who was in the boat. We stalk them as they come out of the channel and 6mph zone. It's illegal in MD to jump as close as we do, actually I'm much closer than the wide angle makes it seem. Much closer than 150 foot.

I GPS'd it, but it's got a horribly chewed up prop. 65 on GPS with the jacked up prop, and my ride plate is shimmed down. It's got a 12 vein too, so it's not a top end ski, and I'm not too worried. If I wanted to just go fast in a straight line I'd get a 4 stroke.

I put my spare lanyard around mine, but I need to make something more permanent. Especially on the superjet and blaster.
