Thinking about upgrading again, any advice welcomed.

I just got my tax refund in, so I'm thinking of upgrading my ski once again. My current mods are in my sig.

Edit: I'm thinking of trying to find a Rude 1 or B-kit, or an X-Charger depending on what I find, and XS intercooler. Will 42 lb injectors, rrfpr, and 15/20 impeller be enough to support any of those supercharger setups?

i would go with the xcharger, xs, rrfr, and 15/20 untouched mine was perfect 8100 8120 and set the base line on the rrfr to 60 and my air fuel was 11.9 to 12.1 @wot

You can't beat Rude1, 2 or 3... You'll always have an open ear in the Rude camp if you need help.

It's an excellent combination, bang for the buck and performance. As long as the AFR is good the ski remains pretty damn reliable.

thanks for the advice guys. So you think that the X-charger would be a better way to go right now then trying to find a Rude 1 ?

im wondering the same thing...i got the same basic mods. my next step was gonna be a 15/20 and xs ic. then later on maybe a rude 2 or x charger or riva stage 3.

Yes, the X-charger is the better option. The Rude1 is less readily available. I don't know if they can be purchased new at all any longer. The X-charger is under $700 new. The fueling is easier to dial in because not as much is required. The engine will stay more reliable at lower boost. Unless you're going to go all out with a 2rude or more then the X-charger is my choice.

in your opinion would it hurt anything if for instance i installed your ic before the 15/20? i know the ic will increase my rpms, and with the 14/19 i have now im already on the limiter at 8100. reasoning behind this is money, cant drop 800 at one time for the ic and 15/20 so im trying to do it step by step.
