I have a compressed gas air horn strapped under the deck in the nose, along with three double star flares.

    Spare fuses in small baggie.

A GPS so you can tell the rescue folks where you actually are.

What's the bullet for? Are you gonna put a break down banjo in there?

Shawn aka K38 had a great article on this subject in the AWA RIDE mag for March/April
    Also check out www.PWCoffshore.com
Off the cuff I can think of in addition of what I think you have in the picture
basic small 1st aid hiking kit
    spark plugs
    zip ties
    your PWC tool kit
food - honey, Gatorade, water(in a hiking container-don't use the arrowhead type of plastic bottles-they will break open
    MRE
    2nd lanyard
    small roll of duck tape
couple of hand held flares, extra bonus for having 3 small rockets that are about the size of a tampons and launch by holding over your head and pulling a string
    couple of hose camps

remember you can always find places in the ski to stuff them in, or get a small hydration pack that you can hold a lot of light weight items as I do (in the ocean I will pop the water bag, so I can't use it) or strap it or a backpack on the back of the ski
