657x stator ohm specs
any body got them?
im working on a 95 spx w no fire
want to test stator before i replace the mpem

Ohming won't really tell. It can be shorted and burnt and still ohm the same. Check the pics in the 99 GTX charging thread. You need to pull the front cover to visually make sure it isn't burnt like his is.

Sorry I only have a 717 Mag. output numbers but they may be close. Excuse the CAPS, Copied-n-Pasted from my notes.
717 MAGNETO OUTPUTS:
STATIC OHM READINGS with CABLE CONNECTED ONLY TO MAGNETO:
BLK-BLK/RED=CLOSED O~58.0 OHMS
STATIC OHM READINGS with CABLE CONNECTED TO BOTH SIDES:
BLK-BLK/RED=CLOSED O~57.5 OHMS
RUNNING WITH CABLE CONNECTED TO BOTH SIDES:
BLACK/YELLOW~YELLOW=25+VAC RUNNING / VARIABLE with RPM
RED~BLACK=62 OHMS and 32VAC / VARIABLE with RPM
