Homemade BOV set up, What will happen??
So here is my homemade BOV set up and I am wondering what people will think happen??, Will I get a boost leak? The seal seams to be pretty tight. Also am I restricting airflow to the point where I will notice? I am also setting up a boost gauge so I will be able to tell but I am just trying to see if this is a waste of time or not.

how is the flange sealed to the rubber?

right now it is not, I am planning on putting some silicone adhesive on tho.

I dont see this working at all. I would change out the rubber hose for a metal one and use silicone couplings. Has a flange welded one the new metal pipe. Just my thoughts.

I suspect that over time the rubber hose will begin to tear away at the flange. That type of hose is not designed to carry any kind of stress. As you're riding the shock & vibration will do a number on that setup.
