    316L Stainless Exhaust Tubing

Does anyone know where i can purchase some 2.5" & 3.0" OD 316L stainless exhaust tubing. I've been looking all over for it and nobody here in Canada seems to know anything about it. I need it to fabricate my exhaust sections for my turbo setup. Any info would be apprechaited.

There are a couple of suppliers out there, including himni-racing.com and atpturbo.com.

316L is marine grade SS. It's not as strong as 304 because of it's lower carbon content, but it's has superior corrosion resistant proprieties.

While it is true that 316 has enhanced corrosion resistance, I kinda doubt you would ever notice a difference. Do NOT use 4xx stainless though, especially in salt water.

Here's where I get my elbows. They have 304 in stock, but also have 316 available. call them, they are great to deal with.
