    "NEW" rocker bolt broke..... Defective???

I was torquing it and at about 30flb it broke half way down inside the head. I just spent the last 30min getting the stuiped thing out. It stretched way to easy. it wasnt hard to turn, it just went snap then I went *&&^%$^&**&^%$%$^&*()*&^%$#%^&*()*&^% piece of shit.

Rocker bolts don't get torqed to 30flb they are 15flb+90 degrees.

lowest setting on my bar is 30flb, i know i messed up the torque setting my manual said 177flb-in+90 as the final torque. still shouldnt break befor 30, bar never clicked... pluse i shouldnt be able to drill a 1/16 hole in a grade 10.9 bolt with a dead drill. Both me and the bolts are a little defective .... Also the new bolt are the same length as the old ones, anyone know how long they should be? I did get new ones in and done right now no problems again. motor is fully built now.
