    hey

do you have any damage on the wheel? how is the belt looking? (cutting place) is it a clean cut or does it looks like damage under pressure?
do you have belt tension measure tool?

i got the same problem last year with a wheel from other company, it kills my belt after 5-10 minutes. it was always a long clean cut! i found out belt was not running straight and sharp edge of my wheel was cutting the belt.

most of that aftermarket wheels sucks.

skip got a new one for testing. it looks good (side walls age higher then on r&d wheel and much cleaner)

    regards,
    brani

I will bet money that u have not checked the alignment of the pullies using the correct tool,
If it is out of align it will chew belts
That is not a product fault either

there are many reasons why you kill your belt

from installation procedure up to product problems.

if your idler pulley bearing is in good condition

    and your supercharger spins fine

then it has to be either

    1. Belt tension
    2. alignment

These things just dont break for the fun of it on a stock ski, So if you have done a pulley then I would start looking there!!
