    Whats the difference in crankcase?

Whats the difference between the top half of the crankcase on a 66V an a 60T?

Can i use a upper case from a 66V on the bottom case of a 60T with a 60T crankshaft?

It is not recommended to mix case halves as they are line bored as a unit at the factory. The differences between the two is pulse lines, other than that I believe they are identical. Cranks are same in all the years of GPR's

All the crankshafts are the same. Doesn't matter what set
of cases you use with what crank.
