Registration #'s need to be a specific size in Ontario?
Just curious if anyone knows if the registration numbers need to be a specific size in Ontario? I was thinking about getting some custom numbers made up where the first two letters "ON" and the last two numbers are a little larger than the other numbers... Anything wrong with in doing this?

The lettering size is a federal regulation, not provincial.
Per Service Canada
"...You must display the licence number on both sides of the bow in block characters that are at least 7.5 centimetres (3 inches) high, in a colour that contrasts with the colour of the bow..."
I would ask the local Police Marine unit for their opinion - they are the guys who would decide whether there was a 'problem' with your hull numbering.
