    Always include the model year

I think the 1999 Genesis used Keihin CDK carbs, not CDK II

I'm pretty sure all the Keihin carbs on Polaris PWC were the CDK II (2) style.

In 99 the SLTX-B used a different carb (Bing)

carbs all striped, and cleaned, apart from loose pilot jets . mag carb main jet blocked, also noticed check valve covers whach are electro plated all had corrosion. pto carb screw on bar that holds on needle valve assemble, corroded in. someone had scronched head, bloke with threads in jet block. will sock in wd 40 then put in hot water and will try to move. NOTICED IN PARTS, THAT PTO MAIN JET 145 CENTRE 142 MAG 130 IF THEY GET MIXED UP WILL RUN LEAN ON FULL THROTLE.

You may be able to get an entire replacement carb for reasonable cost.

Try John Zigler, and look for guys in the Polaris Classifieds parting out other Polaris models that have the same carburetor.

cheers mate, managed to remove hammered in main jet from jetblock. drilled out, needle bar retaining screw going to rethread to 3mm and fit with countersunk stainless screw, if its not 99%, will look out for one,use or for spares. did find 2 rare not avilable. brand new jet blocks for mag carb the one with the injector pump on,half price if needed. anyone check out ebay
