    West Coast Cylinder Head CNC porting service for 4-tec heads

    Rude Performance, in conjunction with West Coast Cylinder Heads (WCC) is pleased to announce a CNC Head Porting Program for your Sea-Doo heads.




    It’s a package that includes: CNC porting of your complete head, valve job, head surfacing and reassembly of the head. It will be available for either stock or over sized valves.

    Valves are not included. No parts will be replaced; your original parts will be used unless you opt to purchase new. Valves, springs, retainers, spacers, valve stem seals, valve guides can be purchased from the green hulk OEM online store to be installed on your used cylinder head.

    It is nice to see actual flow numbers and know exactly what you are getting. Its hard to beat a good head job.

    Exactly. The proof is on the flow bench and you are right.... a good head job is hard to beat

    the flow numbers are good but people have to understand that Richard and Nils ported my head in 2005 when my SC RXP ran 86mph. These guys know what they are doing, there are alot of butchers around that will make it worse and Richard is not one of them. They are the best and thats why I use them!

    I keep thinking oversize exhaust valves and port work for the turbo conversion guys would be the ticket to big HP numbers.

    I used Ferrea over 25 yrs now. They work plain and simple.

    Yep, i use the over sized valves on my WCC ported head on my turbo GPRXP. It make big power
