    MudBug Fund

I have a proposition to bring forth to the Forum members.

This idea was thought up by our Greenhulk forum member and Houston GPR brutha KNR.

To help offset some of the MudBug costs of items, such as food (Jerry's camp, parking lot cookout tailgating, trophies, T-shirts & stickers, how owuld you gusy feel about a MudBug Fund.

This specific fund will be held by either a moderator/administrator/site owner VIA a PayPal account.

    www.paypal.com

I feel Paypal would be a good location to deposit the funds as most everyone has a PayPal account today. If not, money orders, cashiers checks can also be sent to the fund holder and deposited.

Now, this fund would have to be agreed upon by a decision from the Forum members as a majority. And trust by everyone for whomever will hold it.

When the times nears as we get to the next MudBug, we will begin to order items in preparation of the event, and reimbursement checks will be issued to the item purchases.

Account balances will also be posted monthly or as deposits are made.

There were many generous members who didn't mind donating items, but I feel this would greatly offset the load from a handful of individuals and possibly provide us with a larger budget to offer bigger tokens i.e.) trophies, shirts, stickers, more food ect..

I am going to do a POLL and get a feel from everyone to see if this is a good idea or not. I have talked to a few members, but I want to include everyones input.

I'm there next year so I would love to contribute. it will be needed for the BBQ fund.

I have been cleaning my garage of old Kawasaki parts and a few Yami items I no longer need and selling on ebay I would gladly donate some proceeds to this cause. lets see if others will follow.

I guess once we all agree on this, an email needs to be made such as:

    i.e)
    [email protected]

That way a new PayPal account can be linked to it.

And decide who will be the treasurer.
Two people need access, as a backup source.

With Paypal, detailed account information is easily tracked and documented for everyone. expenses, balance, ect.....

Also maybe post on the 4-Tec side to see if there is any interest.
