    rxt riva power filter kit?

hi, quick question. going to be installing the riva 3 inch power kit soon. wondering if that tube that runs from right where your nutsack is(under the glove box) down to in front of the gas tank stays. looks like it maybe loads the hull with fresh air? thanks.

That hose up front will stay.

Why are you getting the riva 3" set up instead of making your own 4"?

uhh.. have you ever taken a look at the stock airbox of course it will be an increase.. I noticed a difference just by getting the r&d plenum filter.. mroe snap on the throttle punches and some extra rpms..havent gps'd yet

i would buy a riva kit if i could get a good deal over having a homemade 4"

    Look...I edited...no offense.

Seat of the pants will lie. Danny's got a thread here somewhere...showing the flow rates of various intakes. If I remember right....riva's 3" w/filter doesn't do as well as the oem set-up.

really?? i find that hard to beleive.. the oem looks like a restrictive POS. Cant argue with a flow test though..

    Seems I misremembered the chart. Riva's set-up still doesn't outperform a homemade 4"er.
