    Yet another bearing Failure

SC took a dump the other day in the creeks.

My green wheel is shot as well as the housing. I didnt find any metal chunks tho- Might have to check the IC.

Just trying to find out what the best route to go is next. Bearings and Metal washers were done by jerry at 80 hrs - now it has 163 hrs on her.

    Whats the best route?

so jerry did the washers at 80 hours, wow another 83 hours with no slippage ? that was a good build, riva metals i presume, they last its the main bearings whats gone, thats alot of hours for oem bearings, hope you get it sorted, take that intercooler off and have a good look for the debries, i think the best route is the seadoo clasified section there will be plenty of chargers there.

You went 83 hours on a modded ski without checking the SC now that I can take my charger out pretty quick I plan on checking it ever 15-20 hours when i change my oil

    Bearings before washers

I am surprised the bearings out lasted the washers....with those hours I have to ask did you get new bearings when the washers were done at 80?

New bearings and washers were done at 80 from jerry. I sent him the SC at 150ish because I thought my washers were slipping and it held the slip moment from day one - He was very impressed. I cant seem to find any metal burs or shavings anywhere.

    Whats the best option -
NEW SC or th X charger-?

The Rude is a little out of my price range and if IM gonna dump 1300 I'd look to trade it in and maybe get a good deal with all the Sea Doo deal going on until the MAY 31

sounds like seadoo oem brgs not very good..which i've heard before....how long should the creamics last before changing out?

you'll need $ for fuel mods with an x charger.

Brian with BBtek seems to be out of favor here but I know he replaced the seadoo brgs with a different brand ... nils probably uses a different brand.. thoughts?
