NO yours are metal washers, Most here would recommend replacing them with RIVA WASHERS from the 4-tec store. My TX has 50 hours and the charger/stock metal washers were mint condition (even with hard riding i do) I would say to check your charger every 10-25 hours depending on how u ride.

What is the difference between riva washers and the stock metal ones?? and what is involved in a SC "check" is it something i can do?? it would be helpful to all on the forum to maybe have some pics posted as examples of what a good charger looks like as opposed to a "bad" one

Those pictures are available on the forum. Look at the sidebar on the left of your screen and click on the link that says "Supercharger Info". When people say 'check your supercharger' they are telling you to check the slip moment of it. You will need a torque wrench and either the supercharger tool kit or something to lock the engine up so it won't turn while you're checking the slip. This thread has all of the wear specs that your parts should fall within http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=15971
