260X/250X Vs SHO Cruiser..opinions
Hey guys.. Just wonder stock for stock, who has dragged against a SHO Cruiser and what was the outcome.. I do own the yamaha, but would like to get a honest opinion since a friend of mine has a 250X which is also a great ski. Thanks..

I dont think the cruiser is really any different speed wise from the regular SHO, at least not much anyway.
My 250X will do 65 all day and has been a top GPS speed of 66.5 bone stock. But you see anywhere from 64-68 ish, so figure where your top speed is and then you will have a rough idea.
I was a yamaha guy before I got my 250x, I loved the blue SHO but went Kawi because the price was so much less. I love it thus far though, 4 hours and counting.

a 260 stock kills a sho in stock form
I know on glass I can be beat by some fast rxp x around where I ride
but ..ANY ripple and I will say see you later even worse
my best speed todate is 74mph sitting on seat, and NOTHING catch me in the rough

my modded pig beat a modded sho in calm surf, and I had my 17 yo daughter on with me, it was only 1.5 boat lenghts but he couldnt close the gap once I had it. and it was just him, and he is about 30 kg lighter than me.
the sho has potential just has to be done right.

beat every sho here in Hilo, Hawaii. Some minor mods. But I am a 07 with 170 hours on mines. Funny thing is when I jumped on one guys sho with him riding mines, I beat him!

I have a 260x have done 45 hours in 3 months and love it. Have driven the SHO when test driving to decide between the Kawi or SHO. The KAWI i believe will always beat the SHO hands down as the SHO tended to Cavitate like mad. The KAWI is also the best looking Ski on the Market also.

Correct would be 260LX vs SHO cruiser.
260 is better looking, cheaper and more reliable.
