Use a heatgun to warm them up and they will peel right off.

I replaced mine on the left side and they were not hard at all to take off. It was putting the new ones back on that gave me trouble.

After you wash the ski, leave it out in the sun for 20 minutes, they peel clean off...

You need to use a heat gun, a blow drier will not be hot enough. I have found it is easier to remove stickers after a day or riding and the stickers getting wet. Heat up the sticker so it's HOT to the touch and then peel back while heating the back of the sticker.

If done right, the sticker will come up with no residue left behind.

i had a little trouble with mine with the gun, the glue stayed on and were a pain to get the main sticker off, so i took kutzit to the top layer and sprayed carb cleaner on the glue and wiped right off, can use break parts cleaner too, didnt mess up the finish at all
