    Need Opinion on GP 1300R

I am looking to buy my first pwc. I am looking at a GP1300r. I found a 07 with 34 hours on it. It has a trailer and cover. Also a tube is included. They will not take any less then $6000. Is that a good price? Is there a standard of how many hours per year a pwc should have on it? Thanks for helping.

    BLEEDGREEN,

Although I've only owned my GP for a yr, I've got a friend that's been riding GPs for years, which turned me on to the GPs. '08 was the last yr for the 2-stroke engines, which is why I bought mine when I did. 2-strokes are a lot simpler and make more HP per cc, lighter & don't require the oil changes, etc. that the 4-strokes do. I'd say average hours are 15-20 a yr. If you search around there are still some '08 GPs, but if the '06 is in great shape & comes w/ trailer & cover then go for it.

seems like a good deal if the ski isn't banged up. I always thought that around 35-50 hrs a year was average

It is in great condition and it has 3 years left on a 5 year extended warranty.
