2001 GP1200R full Riva Superstock Judge built?

I have a 2001 Fully built Riva 1200r GPR factory race replica and I want to know if the story behind the ski is true, and that is.... could TJ have done all the porting and engine work on this craft like I was told? I'm most likely going to part it out and I want to honest about the pedigree of the craft and its parts if I do. I have the original receipt for the purchase of the thing for 42K. It has every imaginable part that RIVA sold, and 60hrs of labor on the build list...titanium everything, the works, radar documentation at 79.8mph. I can't seem to get the 10K asking price, but I know the thing in parts will bring more that that...or parts down to the hull, then let it loose on all the GPRXP freaks out there....with all the carbon fiber parts? Anyway, My question is. Was Tim Judge still at RIVA in 2001? Could he have built this engine? Thanks!

Yes Tj was still there in 01 but that was also one of their big selling fibs, "TJ BUILT THIS HIMSELF" trust me I had two full superstock engines for my superjet and blaster in the 90's and was told the same thing. I was told later that this was not the case that they operate like an assembly line up there. Get it together and get it out.

Ok i get it now...so my craigslist ad was a running joke? Please tell me it was not. I have over 15K in the craft, and I think I have used it 3 times. Have not used it in two years, its in my barn winterised and wrapped in plastic, I own about 30 pwc, too many to count....for real, and I never ride anymore, I'm just a slave to fix them all for the masses....pretty lame huh.

Yes it was a running joke. We were just having some fun with it I will try and find the thread.

It looks like a great ski and I would be proud to own it. Only problem is it is a little dated now.
