    Question cracked joint pipe

guys, i am very unfamiliar with the yammi skis excpet for what i have learned so far doing my conversion.
The "joint pipe" as it is labled in the OEM parts finder is cracked and needs to be replaced. the part that is cracked is the sleeve portion that the driveline enters through.

my problem is that this thing is glued on tighter than a... has anyone removed/ replaced this before? I don't want to damage the hull while removing, but this has to come off or i will be sinking!

    Any advice?

You want to take a heat gun and heat the epoxy to soften it then remove the epoxy. Because if you do not heat it you might pull some fiberglass with it.

It's time consuming heat a little then scrap don't hold the heat gun on for a very long time.
