    Help motor seized

Motor seized after 2nd tank of break-in period. Looks like oil injector failure from inital plug analysis. Ski had been having a hesitation, thought it was due to the over rich running of first tank.. Refer to link below for more info.

Question is, now I've decided to run strictly premix. After you remove injector and add block off plate. What do you do with the oil lines to the carbs? I figure you can't just remove them or air would suck into carb.

    Thx

Remove the lines and pump. Plug them with small vacuum caps

You can use a 2" long section of oil hose with a screw in the end to seal it off...one for each nipple.

    - OR -

You can use small automotive vacuum caps (take a section of oil hose to the auto parts store so that you can match up the size...it's smaller than normal auto stuff).

Here's a view of the plugs. Piston 2 crushed the plug. Can anyone tell anything else from these besides oil injector failure.

That plug did not get that way from piston sizing, you had something go thru motor, time to pull head you have more that lack of lube

    Later cd

yes that had to be done with a piece of something...its just to high up into the head dome.
for piece of mind dont stop digging till you find it ...its maybe laying in the exhaust somewhere.
If you still have a cat/conv., it may have also beat that up too.
