You only have 1 holed piston per ski right? Just rebuild the holed cyls, and ride my man! Hows the compression on the good cylinders?
Did the pistons burn through before you upgraded the fuel pumps?

The other two have good compression ,, and yes the fuel pump was replaced after the problem, these are my first ski's so did not know much about them, I just want something that runs right without any break down problems , without having to come out of the wallet too bad, I read alot of problems with the polaris ski's and just hope their is light at the end of the tunnel,,lol

If the cylinders are still in good shape, just get piston kits from john zigler. Or you can get matching cyl and pistons used from him for around $125 each. Great guy to deal with.

Theres light at the end of the tunnel, and alot of fun when ya get there!

John will let you know if ya need new rings for what he can send ya. I think he checks compression before he takes things apart or can check ring gap to tell. Give him a call.

I suggest making 1 running 750 from the parts you have already. Using the good cyl from the other ski. Then part it out.

    That'll leave you a good 750 and the 780.

Then sell the single trailer to put some $$ back into your pocket.

Oh!! And the wife, she's just jealous of your new love......

Fix the problem that caused burnt piston first, pull and clean carbs and clean fuel tank, also check fuel lines for tightness where they go in tank at sending unit>Marvin

Ok Thanks for all the suggestions, This is what i have done, I had one good piston left on the other 750 i have, Removed that and installed on the working 750 , carbs have been cleaned, new fuel lines from inside tank to carbs, new triple outlet fuel pump, she now runs again yea,, Now i have one problem, after it sit about an hour start her up and seems to load up and hard to start , then blows out alot of smoke and she runs fine, Any suggestions would be great.. Thanks again for the help
