    New X-Charger : Need some helps & advice

    Hi everybody,

    My PWC is RXT 2007

    i just done the following modification :-

    1- Gen II SC impeller - Looking to replace to X-charger
    2- SOLAS impeller 14/19R - I have to change it to 15/20 ... or ...?
    3- Riva 3" air intake - Looking to replace to 4"
    4- RIVA Intake Grate
    5- Riva Pro Series OPAS Block Off's
    6- Riva 2Degree Pump Wedge
    7- Catch Can Breather
    8- XS intercooler + Water Strainer Kit
    9- RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit

    * The Result :-
    After I install all parts ( up )
    i hit 7750 rpms getting 70M out of it.

    The acceleration is perfect for large ski (RXT)
    The Sound is Great ( sporty )

    * Need advice :
    - Do i have to change any things with X-charger ?
    - is The 15/20 bump impller is good for the setup i have ? or 15/22
    - Do i Lose any of Acceleration if i change the impeller to 15/20
    - What the good boost gage i can use ?
    - What the TOP speed can i get with that MOD ?

    Average Temperature 95F + High humidity - Sea Level

    Thanks in advance

    You need 42 injectors with your setup as it is, That will prob lift your RPM as you are running lean ATM. If you wana fit a X charger then you gona need 42s + a RRFPR setup. It would also be wise to check your AF ratio as well. I would deff be getting some injectors on your ski as it is now tho. Also the 4 inch front intake is a good mod. R88

    Ok, this is what I would recommend.

    - Drill out your water restrictor washer by 1mm, or buy the green restrictor from the X model skis
    - Get the coldler RR thermostat kit (especially being that you ride in hot conditions)
    - 42lb injectors (A MUST!)
    - 15/21 Solas
    - iS supercharger

    The amount of acceleration you would lose from swapping your 14/19R to a 15/21 if you changed nothing else at all...yes that would be noticible. But since you will be making more power by using the larger iS supercharger, you will see no loss in acceleration.

    disconnect the coil sticks and unplug the Injectors.. then undo the two bolts that hold the fuel rail down.... carfully pull up on the fuel rail and the injectors will pop out....

    I have a mate running RRFPR, Rude1, External IC, he had a three blade and that chewed his li9ner up so he has now gone with a 15/22R which brought his revs down to were you are now so he repitched and is now running over 8000 rpm...he has just installed #42's injectors and is running the same...It ran fine with the stockies...He has a 2007 rxt.....That is now running over 70 mph
