    more fuel no gain

went out thu on new set up rude 2 xs intercooler had 12.5 boost at wot rrfr at 48 at 12.1 big leak so I searched and found out that I need two seal my bracket bolts which I did not know and one of them i did not have a bolt in so I thought there was my problem. went out two day and picked up .2 boost 50 rpm and went two 62 psi on rrfr. I thought by pluging a 3/8 hole I would see a big difference in boost? RPS are at 8300 and I dont get + boost till 6500 -5-1 at idle.

You need to get your setup to 8500-8550 RPMs and then dial the AFR in. If you still have issues after that then we'll have to dig deeper..

Your prop is to steep. Depitch it some to get to 8500 RPM

+1 15/22 is probably just a little to much pitch for your conditions. De-pitch a little. I would take 1.5 degree off the prop or get a 15/20 and a reduction nozzle to dial it in.
