    Moto Q phone question

I cant save settings on it.

some how my backlight got turned so it NEVER goes off which just kills my battery, when I go to change it.. I change it but theres no save it just says done. So I click that, and click done to get out of settings..

    BUT IT DOESN'T SAVE!

    any clues/help

it does the same thing with my time.. It is an hour late, and I'm on the correct time zone and everything.

Back up your data. I had this problem with mine; the master reset fixed it.
Which Q do you have? The older or new version. The old one, I think they called it a Q9, was a piece of ****.

That is a newer version then what I have but if it is windows mobile, it should still sync the same.
If you have the software that comes with the phone loaded on your cpu, connect to it, it will do it automatically.

The only problems I had with my HTC Touch was that for some reason it would not open my contacts, like you said, the time would be off by a while, and it wouldn't wake up from sleep mode. But when I upgraded to WM 6.1 there weren't any problems
