No clue. Id guess close to 60mph but the top speed isnt really what this ski is all about. the fun is in the wave jumping and etc.

I know, just curious, I currently own a 95 SPX (with a few mods) and had a 95XP and a 96XP at one time. my best friend has my old 96XP with some mods on it now. it is a hoot to ride. we upped the VTS a tab bit, and we can stand it straight up on it azz and hop it across the water... makes all those new skiers with the heavy sleds jealous...lol then I like to show off and come in at full speed towards the shore where they are beached and spin her around and and slide by them backwards throwing water up everywhere.... can't do that on a new ski!!! I know they keep expecting this old geezer to be ejected from the ski with these stunts... but my grip is still like iron still!!
