My ski has the accerlater pump. It came off a 1200 motor, I was told. Would the jetting be the same?

No. You'll need more of a custom jetting,factory specs won't work. The 1200 carbs should be 40mm carbs.
I have similar carbs (40mm w/accel pump) on my 97 SL.I don't have the jet #'s here,I'll get them tommorow

My 97 SL1050 stock with the 009 cylinders 40mm carbs w/accell pump,I use;
mid jet's=50 ( that is a bit rich,Wetherby ,who I originally got jet specs from suggested 42)
I'm pretty sure I have 1 turn on the low screws.
Those are pretty close to an '01 SLX 1200.
Depending on what type of work was done to your 1050 engine,it's a good starting point,as always you need to check your piston wash.
