    Dropped to 7400rpm!!

    Hi guys

    The rpm dropped to 7400rpm on my stg1 P-X....I took it to the shop and the ( salt ) water inside SC and cooler

    What could be the reasons?

    Intend to get intercooler strainer and better SC clutch washers!!

    The salt in your supercharger must be residue because if it wasn't it would mean you ingested water. It would take an awful lot to ingest water on an RXP-X with a stock or front air intake. The water in the intercooler means that it sprung a leak. The salt water must've corroded through some of the aluminum fins. Make sure there is no water in the intake manifold and that the oil is not milky.

    Is it possible that water COULD went inside the head or the engine?

    so i guess i need new intercooler....right?

    How old (hrs)
    if there is salt residue in the s/c it's not an intercooler leak

    I think hes looking at aluminum dust from the wheel touching down
