    Faded Gelcoat Please Help

    What is a good product to use to restore a glossy finish/look on my ski. I saw on ebay Presto Gelcoat Rejuvenator has anyone tried it

    I use elbow grease...

    and 1200g emory paper then a buffer with compound. Follow it up with a glaze and carnuba wax.

    Ziggy is right if you dont wet sand it first the color will come out splochy and uneven. Anything else is just a patch and can make it tough to do it right later. Just ask a Boat Detailer. I live ina Marina and see them doing it daily. If there was a good easy way they would know. A 65 ft Sport Fisher has a lot of surface area

    i wouldnt trust any product with the word presto in the name. do as said above and you wont believe your eyes.
