    Guys help me if you can

    I have RXP with ET 140mm supercharger, 60 injectors, Riva intercooler, Rotax Racing ECU 8800, RR 159 pump e.t.c.
    Fuel regulator-pressure is 60 PSI.
    Noozle 83 Ring now. on 82 same results.

    I cant get near with 8800 rpm. On hold engine is Maximum sometimes 8700 rpm.
    After 10 minuts riding about 8400-8500 max. Trying without airfilter nothing result on RPM.
    No boost leak i see.

    Look on sparkplugs photo maybe less fuel pressure? And what to do?

    An 83 ring should get you there. However its not bad to run 100 RPM under the limiter.

    Sounds like heat fade..Are you running a Riva rear or kanaflex intake?

    I running with 100mm tube intake but air filter now is Riva 75mm.
    And i tried start without airfilter. No result.

    Maybe boost leak which i cant see? Where can be possible this leak?

    get a spray bottle with soapy water and spray all connections. if you have a leak it will make bubbles. if you have to big of leak you may not see the bubbles but you will see the air swirling the suds around. get a mirror and a light and check really good in places that you cant see

    You should be checking AFR also. Plug chops are not going to help.

    8700 rpm is perfect IMO. loosing 2-300 rpms from heat fade seams eccesive though. Are you running an open loop plate by chance? Is your oil over full?
    ou definitely need to check your a/f. When the engine is cold it will run a little richer so you may actually be running lean once warmed up. I would not turn the pressure down. I would turn it up 5 lbs and see what happens.

    Do you have a Walboro 255l fuel pump?
    The Rotax ECU fuel map is lean with the setup that you have.
    What is the AFR ot WOT?
