    2009 Watercraft of the Year

    Sea-Doo GTX Limited iS 255
    takes top honors...

    From Watercraft World:
"After numerous rides, especially in the passenger’s spot, we’ve come to appreciate the way it takes the spine-numbing jolt out of rough conditions and urges us to press onward rather than head back to the dock. And while we never really thought brakes were a necessity, the ability to abruptly slow forward momentum and retain control of the craft is impressive. In fact, we think it may just change the way you ride".... more here:

It was rigged...it was a BRP sponsored event!
The judges are biased because BRP gave them all new ski's to pay them off.
    They're on the take.

I know it's an overcomplicated zeppelin, and I probably wouldn't want one for myself, but I gotta agree -- the IS takes so much stuff to the next level, it would make no sense to give the award to anything else. At least for THIS year...

I have been riding watercraft since 1995... my iS is by far the most amazing watercraft I have ever ridden and by far the most fun. It does not feel like a huge ski when riding it yet is is super comfortable. Everyone that has ridden my iS only had great things to say... and that includes guys with Ultra's and Sho's

I wonder how Watercraft decides this? If it's the most innovate and practical, I'm sure the iS is the champion for sure...
