    Unhappy 2007 Yamaha GPR 1300 won't idle

Hi, I have a 2007 Yamaha GPR 1300 45 hours with EFI and it no longer will idle, I have to mess with the throttle to keep it running. Is there a way to set the TPS (throttle position sensor) with a digital voltmeter or some other adjustment to correct this. There are not any codes or warnings on the display and it seems to run normal otherwise. Thanks I really appreciate any ideas.

    Thumbs up

Thanks for the link. My tps voltage was a little over .9 so I set the tps to .8 volts after the lengthy dis-assembly process and it idles again, better then ever. It seemed to develop the idle issue once the throttle cable recall was done. Awesome forum!
