That setup you have is a Bullett Racing Package was used by Rius & some other top riders, I have the same setup it is a very rare find & probably is the best CC rough water setup made.
You are missing 2 parts of the package the transom plate & the carbon fiber sponsons (shark teeth looking ones).

The mechanical trim tab setup right would give you a nice holeshot for drag racing.

would you be willing to part interested in the mech tabs setup??

just in an effort to clarify things
it would be very difficult just to use the mechanical trim tabs by themselves - they are physically wider than the tabs we normally use and they are designed to be used with the matching rideplate
it would be very difficult to use the rideplate without the matching transom that it is designed to be used with
sorry but without the transom these parts really can't be used by themselves

guys if your interested in the package i will remove the transome from my
ski then it will be complete for those guys who say it's not a true package
