I would file a complaint with Paypal. If you did not recieve the product, then you should get your money back.

actually if you go to this post on ebay it DOES say paypal accepted. However it looks to be that he is selling them for some else, hence why the ACTUAL seller may not accept paypal.

    1. I would reverse the transaction in Paypal if you can.

ALL EMAILS PLEASE EMAIL TO [email protected]. THAT IS THE OWNERS EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO THIS ACCOUNT, THANK YOU.

    2. Send a message thru Ebay.
This sentence above looks to be a common message placed in many ebay scams. Send an email thru Ebays message system.

    3. Contact Paypal & Ebay over this transaction also.
Here are their emails. Provide all the information....ID number ect....

there is no substitute for a few broken bones to make people think twice about ripping others off. Liers and Theives are my 2 worst enemies.

I really hope that this works out for you.

I went to paypal and got refunded but now I have to wait till the money is back in the bank to get a money order.
3 days transfering money 3 days in mail
Will be 2 weeks and whatever time he takes to ship before I see carbs if he ever ships them.

One of my worst ebay transactions in some time.

Hold on, Before you send a money order, you NEED to contact the seller thru Ebay's message system first. By doing this, all messages are documented and recorded and you will contact the seller directly. Don't trust the email listed in the auction just yet.

This sentence below I am wary of

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO THIS ACCOUNT, THANK YOU.
