Ok now what are my options ? Please Help
I replaced the ignition coil today and that wasnt it. Could it be the LR Modual since the bilge pump was running all the time without the lanyard in ? Or the kill switch itself ? How do I test the kill switch and LR Modual. Also the breaker seeks tripped now but if I jump it still nothing. How do you test the CDI ? I have the service manual and ive tried everything in there. Im lost still. Again its my 96 SLT 700 with no spark.

Also I checked the stator and theres 12.6 going to the orange bilge pump wire and the trigger wire checks fine when I rotate the flywheel slowly. What is the woodruff?

Do you have 12.x volts on the Orange wire all the time, or just when the engine is cranking?
If all the time, then the LR module is bad, or the orange wires are incorrectly wired some how.
Testing the lanyard switch - disconnect the Black/Yellow wire from the CDI. If the engine now runs, the switch or wiring are shorted.
...the breaker seeks tripped now...
You have confirmed that the CDI module is getting over 10.5 volts on the CDI Red/Purple wire when the engine is cranking - correct?
The metal ground plate for the CDI has zero ohms, measured back to the battery negative - correct?
Do you have zero spark, weak spark, or spark just when you let go of the start button?
Please summarize the current condition of your 1996 SLT 700, and what has been changed or repaired.

If im not mistaken the Red purple is getting 12V all the time... And the orange only when Cranking.
