Shipping from US to Canada?
Help, I need to ship some parts to GH members in Canada and need to know what works best/is cheapest ... UPS, FedEx, USPS ... anybody?

USPS... Get's there faster than the rest, and a lot less of a hassle at the border.

The others are fine too, but have to be done right so there are not huge charges when it gets here. I believe a gift can only be 50 dollars. I often have stuff marked as warranty return, exchange, sample, return for repair, etc.
If it comes via air, the charges when it gets here are included.
But I am also a firm believer in USPS and CanadaPost

Don't use UPS unless shipping by air, they have big brokerage charges.
USPS only charges like $5 or $7 which is much better.
