    handlebars blunder

    I installed fat bars and messed up a little on the start swichtch it doesn't fit all the way tight all the way around its very close I am not sure if ishould grind plastic to try for a better fit or what any ideas on this would much appreciated

    Can you post a picture?

    I fitted the kill switch on aftermarket bars on my gpr and noticed a slight gap around the unit and the kill cord didnt work properly.
    I cut the plastic back so that it worked

    I take a dremel with a sanding drum and adjust the inside radius to fit the bar, just did this on a set the other day.

    +1 I dremeled that little metal piece down and it fit perfectly.

    It closes tight around wear the screws are and the other side is about an 1/8" apart I will do some grinding and try to close the gap thanks guys
