Strange electrical problem -- instrument cluster going crazy

My instrument cluster has been going crazy. First I noticed it said low voltage. Then it started displaying all kinds of funky crap. RPM's going up and down rapidly, no fuel (with a full tank), buzzing (even with engine off, button pressed), etc etc...

At first I thought my battery was at fault (Jetworks KBC-35 I think). I took it out and put it on a trickle charger. It was fully charged in 20 minutes (figured hmm must be fine). Put it back in, same results.

Is my instrument cluster going out? Is it a bad battery? Charging system? Any ideas?

I think your battery is crook, if it was truly flat enough to give low voltage, then it would take a lot longer than 1/2 hour to recharge again.
One other thought though, if you have the efi, there has been some crook plug to wire connections in these. REXA.

i'll take a look at the ground and the EFI plug too. i remember seeing the "bad" plug design. if they both check out i'm going to test out another battery i guess.
