96 SLX Storage Compartment in front air tight?
I am wondering if the storage compartment in the front of the ski is air tight? (NO WATER CAN ENTER) I realize over time the seal may leak but I am wondering if when I am out and about if I will get water in there or not.
The reason I ask is because I am planing on putting a radio and 2 speakers in there. I dont want them to get soaked! A couple drops or humid weather is fine but they will not be "marine audio equipment" Please let me know. Thanks

I would say none of the front storage buckets are water tight.
Depending on the model, and the condition of the seals, and how you ride, the amount of water that gets in might range from minimal to quite-a-lot.
On my Virage, I was able to install another sealing strip around the bucket perimeter, and the increased sealing pressure did reduce the wetness inside the bucket.
